The Mobile Primary Care Nursing and Health Promotion service provides a comprehensive range of community health and nursing care services.
This service is whānau centred to ensure whānau become more
independent in terms of knowledge and use of primary and secondary
care services, disability support services and the management and
improvement of their own health.
Key components include:
Education, information and promotion
of available health services
Health screening, monitoring,
assessments and diagnosis carried out by a Registered Nurse
